Teccmark provides web development, design, and digital strategy services. The specific details of services will be outlined in individual project agreements or proposals.
3. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, code, and materials created by Teccmark remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon complete payment, ownership of the deliverables transfers to the client as specified in the project agreement.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be outlined in individual project proposals. Late payments may incur additional charges. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for overdue accounts.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and timely information, content, and feedback necessary for the completion of projects. Delays caused by the client may result in adjusted timelines.
6. Limitation of Liability
Teccmark shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services or any related matter.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date.
8. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, through the courts of competent jurisdiction.
